why is the video quality so poor (grainy and noisy). Are you filming with a potatoe?

It all depends on the light conditions but this video looks absolutely normal to me, definitely no abnormal noise. Try to adjust your screen settings.

OK, so this video looks very slightly grainy, but that's because of the low light location.
This isn't a studio shoot.
